Labeling and gluing of packaging can be done in a cold or warm way. The choice of a suitable adhesive depends on the base material, the type of labels or stamps. It also depends on the technological equipment on which the process of gluing or further storage of products will take place.
Hot melt adhesives offered by COLLMA fall into three groups according to the specific application:
- gluing cartons
- gluing labels on PET and PP surfaces
- gluing tax stamps
The price relations of hot melt PSA adhesives (pressure sensitive) depend on the composition of the adhesive itself. These are adhesives based on EVA, APAO or metallocene.
